Enid is a great agent and a very nice person. Her knowledge and connections to local resources (government or handymans etc), her knowledge about the sale and rental markets, her responsiveness and negotiation skills are all amazing. She cares about customer's safety and interest more than her own interest, for example at one time she recommended to reject a rental applicant which could have earned her more income.
